'Strange Days' is one of the key tracks on 'APPLZ ≠ APPLZ', the new Millionaire album set for release on March 6. There is an ominous shadow hanging over this new single, yet it is floating on an uplifting guitar riff. Tim Vanhamel succeeded in translating the menacing apocalypse into an irresistible rock groove. Here’s how Tim himself describes it:
The goods!
Swimming anytime we want!
Too hot? Cool off with a nice stormy breeze, tropical style!
Thirsty? Water for everyone, straight from the glacier into the glass!
Don’t know what they’re fussing about.
STRANGE DAYS indeed!
’Strange Days’ comes with a comic book (as a package with the hopelessly sold out 7" single) and a video by Turbotuna animation (Jaak de Digitale and Nick Timmermans). In three minutes they manage to create a grandiose animated dystopia, in which people ultimately perish as a result of their own over-consumption and greed.
The new album 'APPLZ ≠ APPLZ' is available as a presale on limited gold vinyl and CD.
Millionaire will be touring the new record. Check out all upcoming tour dates.
