Late, Tom Pintens, part of Het Zesde Metaal and producer and musician on the last album of Het Zesde Metaal, has received a MIA award for best musician.
Yesterday, the MIA was awarded to the two sons of Tom, Arvo and Oliver. Later on, at the award show, a tribute was held and received with a standing ovation of the entire audience. Just before his death, Pintens put the finishing touches to 'Het Langste Jaar', the sixth album by Het Zesde Metaal.
